Mutual Learning Zone

The classroom is a place to learn, grow, and inspire. Students and educators can both benefit from a “fun” learning environment – one that is full of interactive and highly engaging activities. Learning zone of French, Computing and Hindi was organised on 17 May 2023 to collaborate, learn and have fun!

Special Assembly

To commemorate the 200thBirth Anniversary of Swami Dayanand Saraswati, founder of Arya Samaj a Special Assembly was organised by class V and VI Cambridge wing on 16 May 2023.Students told about the exemplary life of Swami Dayanand Saraswati and expounded his contribution towards reformation of the Indian society and reinstating the Vedic Culture. Chanting of mantras and religious hymns created an ambience of spirituality.

Probability experiment activity

If we toss a coin there is fifty fifty chance it will land tails side up. To explore the probability of head or tail a probability experiment was conducted in class 5 where the students were divided into groups. Each group was given a coin and were asked to record outcome of flipping the coin ten times . 

Thereafter, this observation was recorded in the frequency table using tally marks. 

Each group noticed the table showed different results.

Athletics meet

Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand. Sport can create hope where there was once despair. – Nelson Mandela

Cambridge wing ,DAVPS Pushpanjali Enclave organised the much awaited Athletics meet on 10 May 2023  for the students of class 1-8 on the sprawling grounds of the school. The morning was filled with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. 

All the students actively participated in 100 m race and relay race . The event continuously laid the emphasis of sports in a child’s life and physical and mental development. It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.
