Balance and Bliss club was organised for class 3-5 on 8 October 2024 empowering kids to cultivate emotional balance, mental well-being, and happiness through engaging activities and mindful practices. Students introduced themselves using adjectives which fostered self-awareness and emotional regulation.
In another activity students were given situations and they were asked to draw emojis on a paper to show their reactions. All the students actively participated in the activities.
