Mathematics Week Celebration-22nd to 30th April

 Math is not about numbers, equations, computations or algorithms: it is about understanding’. With an aim to create an interactive and interesting learning of Mathematics, DAVPS Cambridge International wing recently organised online ‘Mathematics Week’ from 22 nd April -30 th April 2021. Students of class III participated in number detective and sorting shape activity where they sorted  2D and 3D shapes in an activity sheet. Students of class IV solved activity sheets on measuring up and Exploring data , Class V solved activity sheet on Roman numerals and Area and Perimeter.

The purpose of the Maths Week was to teach the students about basic mathematics in a simple and playful manner. All the activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the students.
