Raksha Bandhan is a celebration of the abiding and immaculate bond of love between brother and sister. , Students of class VA celebrated this festival with their friends on 29 August, 2023. They celebrated Vrikshabandhan – a bond between them and the trees.They took the pledge to protect their green sibling by tying mauli around the trunk of the tree .
Students of class VA participated in the August month activity of poster making or poem recitation on the theme stepping into 2047.The activity was conducted on 25.8.2023 in class. India will definitely take the remarkable place of development in 2047 with its fastest growing initiatives. With time people has also become adaptable with changes and improvement around them within the country. Both the population will grow further in the coming years which will be managed with better opportunities. With this developed initiatives India will reach a better place in the global business as per the expectation which will fulfil the aim of making India a developed nation. Keeping this in mind all the students displayed their ideas either through art work or poem recitation.
Students of class 4A worked in groups to solve number sentences on multiplication and division framed by peers. They learnt to solve them mentally. This activity helped in concept clarity and revision.
With the onset of Summer, it gets essential to refresh and replenish our body with some cool beverages to beat the heat. Recipe of Mint- Lemon cooler was introduced to our lil master chefs in the Health and Nutrition club on 22.8.23 .All the students had a great time preparing the lemonade by squeezing the lemon, sprinkling the sugar and salt and stirring the mixture.Benefits of consuming lemon and mint in summers were also discussed .The activity gave our young learners a hands-on experience of making a glass of lemonade and they relished every bit of it.
