Ayushman Kaushik and Pranay Mittal of Class V-A Primus secured III position in 'Minute To Finish' a logical puzzle in Spectrum 2017 an  Interschool Competition organised by DAV Pushpanjali Enclave on 2 Ausust 2017.

Angles in Asanas CLass IV Activity

Students of Class IV-A Primus performed various Asanas to recognise angles in Yoga.

Class IV Activity Angles Around Us

Angles around Us Activity was conducted in Class IV to introduce the chapter Angles

Students were given some newspapers and were asked to find the images or pictures in which angles can be observed.

They pasted the pictures under different types of angles.

Minute To Finish - Class V Inter-House Competition

An Inter house competition "Minute to Finish " was conducted on 12.7.2017. The teams were given one minute logical puzzles to solve.The competition was conducted in 4 rounds and in each round the teams which completed the Puzzle in one minute were given 10 points.

 Bose house was the winner and second position was shared by Aristotle House and Einstein House after the 2 rounds of tie-breaker. 

Class IV Activity - Quiz " Rapid Fire"

Students of Class IV were divided into four teams. The Quiz was conducted in three Rounds.
In round 1 , each team was asked 5 question based on multiplication of numbers by 10, 100, 1000 orally.
In round 2 ,  each team was asked to double the five given numbers orally.
In round 3 , each team was asked dodging tables.
All the teams participated enthusiastically .

 

Class IV Activity - Is the product same?

Students of class IV were asked to write any 5 digit number. Then  multiply their number and their partner's number to  find the product by Column method and Lattice Method to compare the product.

The students concluded that both the products were same.
