Students of class 3 were asked time shown in Analog clock and digital clock through online interactive clock.









 

Class V - I can Handle Data

Students of class V collected , organised and represented data on favourite fruit of people and no. of trees planted. They enjoyed making bar graphs on the  gragh paper.

Class III

Concept of Time was recalled , Time in 12 hr clock and 24-hr clock was discussed and examples were written in the notebook.

HW - Q1 from Learner's book pg 28 to be done in the notebook.

Assignment 2 given for revision on GC

Class IV

Concept of multiples was discussed through examples. Notes were written in the reg.

Q1 from Learner's book pg 36 done in the reg.

HW do Q2 in the book.

Class V

Making bar graphs on graph sheet was taken up.

16 July 

Class III

Concept of Time was recalled through an interactive clock activity and notes were written in the notebook.

Class IV

Concept of Patterns was revised .Q 2 and 3 from Learner's book pg 35 were discussed and done in the register.

Class V

Concept of Bar graph was introduced .Notes were written and examples were discussed.

15 July 

Class III

Concept of area was recalled through a game and Q2-3 were discussed from the Learner's book  pg 26.

Q3c,d,e,f  given for completion.

Class IV

Unit 3 Number and Problem Solving was introduced, concept of Patterns was taken up.Q 1 from Learner's book pg 35 was discussed and given for completion.

Class V

Unit 9 Data handling was introduced through examples. Notes were written and an eg was given for completion.

Concept area was introduced and Q1 to be completed in the Learner's book  pg 26.

Concept of time tables was recalled.Question 1 and 2 from Learner's book pg 30 were discussed and done in the register.

How to write Table of any two digit number?


For example Table of  *87*

First write down *table of 8 then write down table of 7 beside it*

Doctor's Day - July 1

 National Doctors’ Day is celebrated on July 1, in India, to mark the birth and honour the contributions of renowned physician and former West Bengal chief minister Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy.

The first National Doctors’ Day was celebrated in the year 1991. He was instrumental in establishing institutions like Chittaranjan Cancer Hospital, Chittaranjan Seva Sadan, among others. He was awarded with the Bharat Ratna on February 4, 1961.

For 2021, the day is to be observed to recognise the efforts of all the and healthcare workers who are putting their lives at risk in these hard times, whether in main and secondary care settings or in committed Covid care facilities.
