Class 5 mathematics activity

Odd and even numbers generalisation activity was conducted in class 5-A to enrich the knowledge about the concept of generalisation. Students were asked to divide themselves into two groups as odd roll numbers and even roll numbers. Further few odd roll numbers were asked to shake hands with even numbers and tell the total of both . Similarly even number shook hand with another even number, three odd numbers shook hands, three even numbers shook hands. They concluded odd +odd = even , even +even=even and so on. They enjoyed and learnt the concept in a play way method.
